Overview
This is a great role with a quality independent brokerage located north of Leeds. They are very much in growth mode at present so an excellent time to join. Initially, this role would be joining as a part of the commercial broking team, handling a wide variety of commercial clients from medium to larger more technically complex cases. You will be supporting the account executives, assisting with new business submissions, dealing with client’s mid-term and being heavily involved in the renewal process. Although an office based role, there will be plenty of opportunity to go out on client visits with the account executives due to a number of impending retirements, this role will appeal to ambitious brokers looking for a route to account executive over the next 24 months. Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years commercial insurance experience, preferably broking experience although we are happy to hear from underwriters looking to move across into broking. Progress towards CII studies would be beneficial and will be fully supported, also previous use of Acturis system would be preferred but not essential.
