Credit Controller Permanent Evesham £20,000 to £23,000 per annum About our client Our client a successful company based in the Evesham area seeking a Credit Controller to join their company on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager the Credit Controller will become a valued team member maintaining customer overdue debtors to below 10% of the total debtor ledger, contacting customers whenever the amount outstanding is more than 7 days overdue ensuring consistence and continuity in contact until the payment has been received. Raising sales invoices of no more than 3 days from delivery or receipt of invoice from the suppliers. Commutable distances to Evesham, include Worcester, Pershore, and the surrounding areas. Role Requirements • Raising sales orders • Matching supplier invoices with POP's and sales orders with customer orders • Converting sales orders to sale invoices • Converting purchase order to purchase invoices • Ensuring that quantities, prices and excise duty rates all agree to sales contract • Chains overdue accounts by telephone and e-mail • To remind customers of terms, particularly excise duty terms • To maintain record of any extended terms which have been agreed on specific accounts • Maintaining record of communication and promises relating to payment Successful Candidate • Demonstratable experience working in a similar role with experience in business to business credit operations • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is desirable, but not essential • Excellent communication skills and confident in a team environment • The ability to work on own initiative but also be confident to ask questions when required • Have an exceptional eye for detail What's on offer? • Salary £20,000 to £23,000 per annum • Permanent Position • Free Parking • Great Culture and working environment How To Apply: If you think you have the skills and experience we are looking for then please click to apply.
