About the Head of Design role This high street supplier is looking for a Head of Design with experience operating in supply to the high street, to oversee the ladieswear team and drive the business forward. This is a truly exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding business and dynamic team. Design in addition to managing designers on other department . Operations experience Continually driving strategy and helping set the direction Global awareness - to identify how we grow the business through other product opportunities Ability to influence the wider team Prioritise the day to day product design of their own department, as well as the departments within their responsibility Leadership of the wider Design team
