You’ll certainly feel proud when you see what you can achieve here. The IT Graduate programme is focused on developing future leaders within our IT function. Over the course of this 2 year programme you'll gain the experience that comes with working for a leading electronic retailer. You'll get the opportunity to build on your technical capability through specialist placements and business partnering. The course is structured around 4 rotations each lasting 6months. Possible rotations may include; • Working as a Project Managing Officer supporting with function wide IT projects • Overseeing governance • Managing IT Operations • Or involvement in software engineering or architecture But not to worry, you'll get all the support you need as part of our extensive graduate development programme. With core learning modules covering communication, commercial awareness, leadership and strategic thinking. You'll have a mentor on hand alongside monthly coaching sessions, wellbeing sessions, and access to a large support network including former and current Graduates. You will need: • To be a recent or soon to be graduate with an award or expected award of 2:1 in a related subject. We’re one team and we celebrate all of the great things you do.
