We are Aura Graphics - founded in 1927, we are one of Europe’s leading commercial graphics and visual communication providers - offering branding and image management solutions for our clients across all sectors. We are currently seeking a part-time, temporary Project Co-ordinator based on our Lowestoft site who is highly detail-orientated and thrives on fast paced project organisation. We’re looking for someone flexible, tenacious, and self-motivated - an expert at juggling multiple tasks, with impeccable interpersonal skills. Job purpose: This role will focus on providing central administrative support to the Project Management team, in successfully implementing the UK rebrand of a multi-national courier company. You will be liaising with multiple vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Reporting to the UK Project Manager & Client Services Director, you will be the central point of contact and support for vendors and the client. You will be expected to take ownership of assigned tasks, manage expectations, and ensure consistent and clear communication with both customers and internal colleagues. You will be arranging approximately fifty vehicle movements per week, so the ability to multitask and manage multiple facets of a project at once is a must. Main Duties: Building and developing transparent relationships with vendors, establishing their requirements and managing expectations. Speaking with the client’s project engineers daily to co-ordinate vehicle movements nationwide. Liaise with all internal departments including our sub- contract network to ensure efficient, timely and accurate project delivery, and achieve maximum commercial success. Maintaining the Project Portal, which will be shared between the client, ourselves and various vendors. Ensuring all project details are up to date at any given time, to provide consistent and accurate reporting. Regularly reviewing the processes put in place at the start of the project to identify any changes that can ensure smoother delivery. Person Specification: Excellent organisation and communication skills. Your ability to prioritise, plan and manage time is critical. High IT proficiency, and impeccable telephone manner. Confidence to challenge people and deal with problems in a proactive way. Good understanding of business practice and commercial awareness. Great relationship builder.
