Overview
Service Design Team Leader Our client, one of the fastest growing Fintech companies who build the technology that powers the world’s best financial institutions, are now looking for a Service Design Team Leader to join their team. The role will be an integral part of their Managed Service offering and will work with customers UK wide, therefore flexibility to travel is essential. Main responsibilities will be; To lead technical presentations, demonstrations and client centric product evaluations Lead technical responses to RFI’s / RFP’s Act as a team leader for a small service design team Work with the Head of Managed Services to analyse areas of transformation within products and systems Produce new business costings, cost models and the continual improvement of these Consult with senior managers to gather requirements and analyst technical opportunities and work with the R&D teams on alignment of Managed Service with the architecture strategy To be successful in this role you will have; Extensive experience in systems solutions and delivery, ideally within Financial Services including work experience of projects with major telecom operators Strong understanding/experience of Cloud technologies Expertise in integration and implementation of service related applications, such as service provisioning, real time charging Good working knowledge of software development technologies, interface development and integration Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Solid technical background including Unix and Citrix If you feel you have the skills and experience needed to be successful in this role, then please send an up to date CV along with your current salary details to Debbie Middleton of MGER and let her do the rest.
