An hour’s drive max from Northampton; leading company, UK-wide implementing change and new systems. Needs excellent technical HRBP, with outstanding Communication skills to help deliver and support this project. Emphasis is on coaching; meeting delivery plans; providing leadership; providing advice and guidance; working with their regional outlets and with their IT team. 6 - 9 months contract; to start asap; 37.5 hours a week Excellent, highly rewarding role to start asap
