Overview

Are you an experienced Product Owner with experience of leading / managing a small team? Looking for a new challenge? Does the prospect of defining and delivering the software roadmap for a hugely successful business as it expands internationally and breaks into new markets appeal to you? If so then read on, this could be the ideal role for you Reporting directly to the Head of Development here your key focus will be to define the roadmap and own / deliver software releases as product deliverables from requirements scope, value and quality. This will entail identifying and analysing business needs, defining business cases and benefits, managing relationships with key stakeholders and project delivery. Ideal candidates will possess proven experience in a similar Lead Product Owner / Senior Product Owner role with excellent knowledge of at least some of the following areas ideally gained working in a fast paced agile environment; Defining best practice for product ownership and business analysis Use Cases, Process Maps, Data Flows and Diagrams Requirements gathering processes and analysis including analysis and requirements definition Demonstrable experience of contributing to and influencing cross functional teams that are comprised of both internal and external resources Any experience of retail related software / systems would be an advantage but is not essential Experience of IoT / Enterprise Service Bus / Message Queue technology would be useful but is not a pre-requisite The working environment is Agile and very fast paced and the culture is collaborative.
