If so, please apply today Benefits Fantastic location in the City of London Weekly pay Ongoing role Full Time hours 28 days holiday Fantastic team environment Access to Randstad benefits app giving discounts to 100's of retailers and more Working Hours and Pay Rate Monday to Friday Nights Nights: Either 21:00PM-05:00AM or 22:00PM-06:00AM, £21.00 PER HOUR until midnight, £26.00 PER HOUR after midnight Responsibilities: Working as part of a multi-skilled team including the following duties. Deliver high-quality corporate information in the form of pitchbooks and other predominantly PowerPoint-based presentations Follow strict brand guidelines and styles Create engaging PowerPoint slides, including often complex charts, graphs and diagrams created in Excel Create high-quality presentation materials, including graphical work such as custom covers, logos and complex maps Take responsibility for consistency, accuracy and quality ensuring checks such as for spelling errors and consecutive numbering of pages Adhere to client SLA's and deadlines, often working to last-minute requests Provide regular updates to Team Leaders and Workflow Coordinators as required Work with the team to ensure that a first-class service is being provided to our client, adopting the policy of getting it the right first time and every time Ensure we have an excellent relationship in regards to the service with our clients and service partners Follow departmental policies and procedures as outlined to you Carry out any ad hoc work required as requested by management Requirements: Previous experience as a Presentations Operator, Presentations Specialist, Desktop Publisher or similar job title (essential) Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (essential) Intermediate Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (advantageous) Strong command of written English Critical eye for accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritise Possess and adaptable and flexible approach Motivated with "can do" attitude Ability to work alone or collaboratively High level of customer focus - proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and confidence to communicate at all levels Able to judge accurately when issues should be escalated to line managers So, if this looks like the role for you, why not click apply today Please note shortlisted applicants will be expected to undertake an assessment on their Presentations skills in Powerpoint and Excel, and attend an interview.
