Overview
FRS are delighted to be recruiting a Payroll Manager for a business based in Coleshill. You will be working in a small finance team and reporting into a Managing Director whilst processing end to end payroll for their workforce of circa 400 staff. Suitable candidates will have a background of working within SME's and proficient using Sage Payroll. Suitable candidates will have the ability to work in a standalone role but must have the confidence to highlight processes that could be streamlined or be done more efficiently. You will working with an MD who is very open minded to implementing new processes and will take on board any comments. Duties will include: Processing end to end monthly payroll for circa 400 employees using Sage Payroll Resolving any discrepancies Being the go-to team member for any payroll queries Processing of statutory forms such as Payslips, P46, P45 & P60’s Preparation and submission of P11D Processing BACS payments Managing RTI Submissions Dealing with HMRC
