About the Client: A national developer operating as regional businesses across the UK. Their vision is to become the UK's leading residential developer for creating value and delivering quality. They are a financially strong, well-positioned and reputable growing business. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to appoint a Land Manager to work within the Yorkshire region. About the role: The role of Land Manager is a pivotal role to tie the above together across Yorkshire. This an opportunity for an existing Land Manager ready for a fresh challenge or a Land Buyer looking to take the next step in their career within a well-funded business. You will be a part of a successful business, driving its growing through identifying, appraising and sourcing land opportunities across the region which are aligned with the organisation’s long term vision. What We are Looking for: You must be an outstanding negotiator and deal maker and have an extensive network of contacts within the market. Experience of working for a residential developer is essential. You will be fully responsible for the strategic implementation of policies and procedures to ensure continued growth and be able to work effectively with all internal disciplines. You will also be able to demonstrate commercial awareness of the region. Currently operating as a Land Buyer or a Land Manager within a residential developer Experience working for a plc housebuilder Ability to travel across Yorkshire Up to date Land Contacts and Planning Knowledge Proven track record in managing against set delivery objectives Land Networks in the region Contact: To discuss this role in the strictest confidence please contact Anna Gromadzka
