Look no further, we have the perfect career for you Due to our outstanding continuing success, we are seeking a full time Trainer to cover the North region including Midlands and Scotland. Join the H&T family as a National Trainer supporting over 1500 colleague’s learning journeys. As a trainer, you will play an important role in delivering a range of exciting and inspiring workshops to our amazing colleagues across the North Region and Scotland Areas. This role is all about actively supporting the on-going, long-term development of our colleague’s skills, knowledge and behaviours. This is mainly through the delivery of our induction program, practical knowledge workshops and core soft skill development programs . You will work closely with our Training Manager to ensure that training activity is tracked and records are accurately maintained. In addition to this, you will be working with Store Manager teams, helping them understand their part in delivering excellent customer service and to achieve the desired results with their team’s learning and development. You must have had exposure to training and development and some experience in delivering group training as well as on a one-to-one basis.
