Sales Executive - UK & Ireland Salary Circa: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE Excellent Commission Scheme Paid Quarterly (Up To 2x Basic Salary) Company Car Pension Location: UK & Ireland Are you a highly motivated, passionate and energetic labelling salesperson with an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic personality? If you answered yes to any of the above, then this may be the ideal role for you… My Client: My client is a global leader in the design, manufacture and support of pressure-sensitive (self-adhesive), roll-fed and shrink sleeve label application systems for the shrink sleeve and flexible-packaging markets Customers purchase from this worldwide labelling company of their packaging and labelling solutions due to their exceptional quality and service Innovative and forward-thinking, they use cutting-edge technology and innovative custom-engineered designs This client has created many industry packaging firsts and advances in application and converting technologies They are proud of their ability to combine people-centric leadership with disciplined operational strategies and are passionate about using the power of business to build a better world Passionate about using their business position to make a difference in the world and to improve the lives of both employees and customers Their parent company is a worldwide supplier of engineering consulting and manufacturing technology for the packaging, corrugating, sheeting and paper-converting industries Their packaging and labelling products are mainly sold to the Pharma, Household and Personal Care industries The requirements of the Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years’ experience in selling packaging, labelling technology, chemistry or polymer chemistry and packaging design experience would be highly desirable Educated to BSc level; your degree can be in any subject Excellent written and spoken English Able to communicate professionally, clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and to work with both abstract and concrete concepts Experience in presenting information and responding to questions from groups of people e.g clients, customers, general public; this could be from public speaking and/or previous sales experience Willingness to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland region Knowledgeable in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume Excellent Microsoft software skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with CRM and quoting systems Hold a valid driving licence and passport Benefits of Working for This Company: Working for the market leader synonymous with excellent quality products, friendly service and inspiring business leaders Ability to double your basic salary in bonus based upon sales success Opportunity to work for a business currently work £3 billion with 12,000 employees throughout the world and pushing for further growth every day Welcoming and friendly company culture, driven by a "people-first" culture with a priority on improving the lives of employees and customers Beautiful Recruitment also operates a recommend a friend referral scheme.
