Overview
We are delighted to be working with an exciting financial services provider based in Bristol, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their growing firm. This role is a vital part of the business and you will be working in a friendly team within a firm who are committed to providing you with full support for you to flourish in your career. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be dealing with the administration of pensions, you will be responsible for managing and processing the schemes and work closely with advisers to ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities Receiving instructions and ensuring that any task activity is accurately completed Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and advisers Informing clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes, Ensuring that client deadlines are met. Identify potential risk and escalates concerns to Team Leader This role will suit someone who is currently working within Pensions, who is looking to progress their knowledge and career within a forward thinking organisation.
