A brilliant opportunity for a Contact Centre Manager to set up a brand new contact centre operation in Coventry. Client Details A call centre and customer service business. Description As the Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for the set up and kit out of a brand new contact centre for an outsourced operation. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship to agree SLAs and ensure these are delivered, recruitment of a new team and writing of all training documents/manuals. Profile The ideal candidate for the Contact Centre Manager role will: Have set up a contact centre from scratch previously Have excellent stakeholder management skills Be confident in the creation and delivery of training materials Be hardworking and passionate about the delivery of a first class service, within a Call Centre and Customer Service operation Job Offer Full package details TBC dependent on the individual
