Job Description
Contact Centre Team Leader / Call Centre Team Leader Working for a top 100 virgin fast track company that has grown from 10 employees in 2008 to over 500 in 2018 and are continuing to grow. They are looking to add a number of Team Leaders in their inbound contact centre. This is an inbound sales from service environment, where delivering exceptional customer service is paramount. Salary - up to £25,000 basic + Uncapped Bonus (Average Team Leader bonus £600 a month) - Free Gym, Private Healthcare, individual personal development plan - Location - Coventry (Central) - You will work on a shift rota where occasional weekends will be required. (Latest shift is till 8pm) There is also an additional company performance bonus paid in March and September. OTE Earning potential of £30,000 - £37,000 depending on performance. You will be responsible for managing a team of c10, where you will lead, coach and support to drive the team's performance. This is a hands-on managerial role where you will be pivotal in your team's success. The agents only deal with inbound calls, no cold calling or hard selling. We are looking for people with a background in team management/supervising ideally from a sales environment.
