An exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Agent to join this award winning Insurance business from their offices in central Coventry. Client Details An award winning Insurance business in the heart of Coventry City Centre. Description As a Contact Centre Agent you will be part of the sales through service team converting inbound calls/ enquiries into sales. You will be handling calls from customers to offer advice/ support around various insurance products catering to the over 50s market. You will be measured on the quality of your calls and all bonuses with be paid on the basis of customer satisfaction. Profile The ideal candidate for the Contact Centre Agent role MUST: Be engaging and articulate with the ability to build rapport quickly Be confident working in a highly regulated environment and working through in-depth questionnaires with potential customers Multitask effectively in a busy environment Be committed with a want/ desire to progress within a rapidly growing business Have a proven ability to work towards set targets/ goals Ideally have worked in a Call Centre and Customer Service setting previously, though this is by no means essential Job Offer Competitive salary of between £17,000 - £19,000 dependent on experience Monthly bonus based on customer satisfaction scores Growing business offering unparalleled opportunities for career progression and development Full training programme consisting of classroom and academy training Free gym Hours of operation 8.30am - 8pm (4 shift rotas, 1 in 3 Saturdays and Sundays)
