Overview

Customer Service Executive: This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers, proving information or raising queries or complaints. You will be dealing with mainly incoming emails but will also be required to make and receive telephone calls and must be confident in doing this. Client Details Customer Service Executive: A new company and working within an exciting fast paced commercial sector and based in Reading. Description Customer Service Adviser You will be confident in the following: Meeting Customers face to face Speaking with customers on the phone, dealing with a reasonably high volume of incoming calls Dealing with all areas of customer service Solving problems and resolving concerns for customers Working on a front desk dealing with telephone and visiting customers Good administration skills Profile You will ideally be a graduate with 6 - 12 months experience but other similarly qualified candidates will be considered You will be confident with people and IT You will have worked in retail or on receptions or in customer service in previous roles/ holiday jobs You will flourish in a fast paced environment You will live locally to Reading You will be available to work The cover I need is Monday 13.00-19.00 Tuesday 13.00-20.00 Wednesday 13.00-19.00 Thursday 13.00-20.00 Friday 13.00-18.00 Saturday 09.00-13.00 Job Offer £9 to £11 per hour, excluding VAT
