Overview
Senior Systems Engineer - Warrington We are looking for an experienced Systems/ Infrastructure Engineer who is enthusiastic about progressing their career in the direction of Cloud Security. Within the first 6 months you will be supported to complete your CISSP where your role will develop to become a Cloud Security Specialist. As a Senior Engineer you will need to provide a high level of technical support across all areas of the business as well as having a large input in analysing, designing, evaluating infrastructure with the aim of creating solutions for Stakeholders/ Customers. Key Responsibilities & Experience Hands on Azure design, deployment and support. Ability to produce technical project documentation and specifications Hands on Office 365 implementation and support (Exchange Online & SharePoint Online) Management, installation and configuration of all server operating systems (Windows) , roles and applications, including IIS, SCCM, DNS, DFS Assess, analyses, develop, document and implement changes based on request for change. LAN / WAN communication protocols at command line level Incident, problem and change management for firewalls, Windows servers and network devices, Provide mentoring to other members of the 2nd / 3rd line support team, sharing knowledge and developing others abilities by example. Deliver a continual commitment to the security of all systems and data, monitoring and identifying risks. Perform routine security compliance checks. Ensure compliance to all company policies and relevant legislation. Key Skills Cloud Knowledge; Azure, AWS Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint Scripting/ Programming understanding; PowerShell, SQL, C# SCCM/IIS/DFS.DNS/DHCP/AD Networking; LAN/WAN, Routing, Command Level Configuration For further details please apply or email .
