Overview
You will be working with: C# .Net MVC Entity Framework MS SQL HTML CSS GIT Javascript You will work in a small team of 2-3 developers but also work closely with the sales team and clients. We are focussed on constantly improving our system to help our clients and we get a great deal of satisfaction making their working lives better with improvements to Quikflw. This means you must enjoy dealing with clients and understand how businesses operate. The role requires working on both the UI and back-end system and you will be encouraged to contribute to the direction and design of the system. Our culture is to work hard and enjoy it - but not with long hours. We believe it's impossible to produce high-quality work if you are tired or jaded. Success is judged by productivity, not by hours at the desk. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and we want everyone involved to enjoy and profit from it. That is why there are regular salary reviews and share options will also be provided. We know that a degree, past experience or a good interview are just indicators and the best way to make sure you and Quikflw are a good match is for you to create a small application using .Net and MS SQL. This shows us how you work and what you understand. It also lets you know the level of productivity we are looking for. This project is of more importance than your CV and takes the place of several interviews. You don’t have to use MVC or entity framework if you don’t currently have those skills. However, provable C# .Net, SQL and HTML skills are a minimum. If the project is completed to our satisfaction you will be asked for an interview.
