Contract Finance & Office Assistant | Temp to Perm | Luxury Couture Fashion Start-Up | London Harmonic Finance are proud to recruit for a luxury fashion start-up located in West London. Whilst the company is still in its start-up phase, it has exciting growth plans for the future. They are seeking a Contract Finance Assistant who is ambitious and motivated and keen to grow with the company, with the potential to go perm. The role would also involve taking on office manager duties when required, therefore they are looking for someone who is happy to get involved from the get-go. Expect a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere where you will be required to have a 'hands-on' attitude, whilst also getting a high level of exposure to the fashion world. You will be working alongside an experienced Management Accountant and Head of Finance who will offer regular guidance and act as mentors. The company have an extremely friendly, inclusive and sociable working environment that will make you feel immediately welcome. Key Responsibilities: Raising sales invoices and maintain the sales and purchase ledger Cashflow management Ad-hoc duties supporting the head of finance and management accountant Assist with the financial reporting Occasional office support Experience: Ideally studying or looking to study towards a finance qualification Strong organisation and planning skills Excellent Excel skills A keen interest in finance and fashion Location: West London Salary: Up to £18 an hour Start Date: ASAP Please feel free to circulate this amongst anyone who you believe may be interested in this opportunity.
