Overview

Permanent job opportunity for a CCAB qualified FP&A Accountant with a large manufacturing business in Swindon. Your new company Working within the FP&A team you will support the Executive team with performance analysis to enable strategic decision making across the large organisation. Your new role You'll work with the wider FP&A team to deliver accurate and timely insightful reporting month end financials. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading month end calls with Finance Directors across the business to understand the drivers of financial performance Deliver month end reporting and analysis Monthly sales forecasting and analysis of forecast vs budget Work with the senior leadership team to provide analysis and influence senior colleagues to ensure that actions happen Lead global performance analysis across the finance team Line manage a team of two qualified Analysts What you'll need to succeed You'll be an ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified Accountant with demonstrable experience of working in an FP&A team where you've been responsible for creating and delivering presentations to senior leaders. You'll have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to work cross functionally whilst building excellent working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders. You'll have a solid understanding of technical accounting in order to be able to effectively analyse accounts to deliver results and change. What you'll get in return You'll earn up to £75,000 per annum with a company bonus on top alongside a number of competitive benefits.
