We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner to join our IT Department located at our Administration Building in Central London, NW1 4LJ. The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospital, and we have been providing exceptional care since 1932. We have 8 premises, where we perform highly complex procedures as well as routine surgery & medicine. The IT department strives to provide world class, future proof and cost effective IT solutions that support The London Clinic delivering world class healthcare. Job Profile: The IT Business Partner has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned Clinical & Non-Clinical area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: The attractive salary for this role is competitive, and will be dependent upon skills and experience. Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across The London Clinic and with customers. • Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets for respective clinical & non-clinical business areas. • Act as the key liaison across all clinical & non-clinical areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors. • Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments. • Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed. Skills & Experience • At least 3 years of leadership experience • 5 years developing and executing strategic plans and/or project portfolios or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Product Development Management Association - New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification is desirable. • Nimble LEAN thinking to drive change that enables efficiencies and drives growth • Strong People and Stakeholder Management Skills. • Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders We are an organisation that has charitable status and this helps us to drive forward our mission of reinvesting our income to deliver better patient outcomes.
