Overview
First Line Support Engineer We are seeking a Technical Services Engineer. People are at the core of our business and we seek excellence. First Line Support Engineer Responsibilities: - Ensure customers receive high levels of customer service throughout their experience with Microlink in relation to technical support or repairs via telephone, email or remote support. - Diagnosis of hardware and software faults to Windows, Mac and peripherals by carrying out appropriate testing and resolutions. Loading software and operating systems onto new and repaired machines. - Strict adherence to GDPR legislation within data administration tasks and arranging collection or deliveries. Use of CRM database.
