Overview
My client an International player in the Trading / Financial services sector is currently seeking an IT Security Lead to join their growing technical team in London. They are currently going through a large infrastructure expansion and would be looking for an IT Security Lead to come on board and assist the team in protecting this valuable and delicate infrastructure on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a passionate Information Security Engineer to be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of their security capabilities. Job Responsibilities · Overall responsibilities of IT security · Provide leadership and support to junior member o IT security team · Collaboration with Stakeholders such as Development, Infra and DevOps teams to ensure security is maintained · Continuous support/improvement of Cyber Security within the organisation · Collaboration with Global Security Board Skills Required · Knowledge of current security threat types and migration control · Monitor, triage and response to SIEM alerts for security events. · Investigation and resolution of impairment scenarios on MSS products. · Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis experience · Stakeholder Management skills · Experience organising/conducting 3 rd party auditing exercises · Knowledge of Networking skills such as LAN/WAN or TCP/IP · Knowledge of either/or: Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, End-Point Devices, SharePoint, web browsing and Security Job Type: Permanent Location: London This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89641863
