Assistant Facilities Technician Marylebone, London £30,755 per annum Company Pension (total annual contribution up to 20%) Life Assurance Private Medical Care Progression Opportunity DAYS 4 on 4 off Working Days 12 Hours Shift Assistant Facilities Maintenance Engineer role available within a professional and well known private medical company. This role will appeal to candidates looking for a day’s role & thrive in improving facility standards throughout the hospital. As this role is working in a hospital, the successful candidate will need to successfully complete a DBS check. Experience in carpentry, celling repairs, tiling & flooring is required for the role. The role is 50% reactive repairs and 50% planned scheduled maintenance. (PPM) You will work on all medical equipment as well as general equipment. On a day to day basis, the successful candidate will be performing a range of tasks in a team of 10 others to ensure the smooth running of the building/equipment.
