Bakery NPD Technologist Evesham £23,000 - £28,000 An internationally renowned business with an inclusive, forward-thinking culture are looking to recruit a graduate with a real sweet tooth The team's innovative projects are a driving force behind ever-changing bakery trends. You will build experience of the entire NPD process from brief to launch, with the opportunity to take leadership of your own projects. As part of this market leading business, you will build relationships with customers who are major players in the industry. Duties will include: Lead entire R&D process for smaller projects from brief to launch Supporting completion of product costings Completing administration for new product launch Sourcing new ingredients Attend customer visits Support R&D Assistant in their development Skills and experience required: Food manufacturing experience Some recipe formulation experience and basic knowledge of ingredients and their functions within a recipe Able to travel occasionally Excellent team player Willing to learn For immediate consideration, please send your CV to Carrie i2i Recruitment today.
