More About the Role As a Hygiene Operative you will be expected to provide a high quality cleaning service across all areas of the organisation. You will be required to perform various scheduled cleaning duties in both the production, and domestic areas of the bakery offices, toilets, meeting rooms, canteen and associated areas in order to maintain acceptable levels of appearance, cleanliness and hygiene. Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing · To perform cleaning duties according to the schedules in each area of the bakery. · To ensure any health and safety hazards encountered are dealt with appropriately and/or referred to management · Ensure hygiene standards are maintained and cleaning is carried out as per cleaning specifications · Operating machinery · Cleaning equipment and utensils · Taking Rubbish and recycling · Wearing the correct PPE at all times · To perform ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required · To ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times · Maintain confidentiality at all times · Undertake all reasonable duties and actions to assist in business operations · Always ensure chemicals are used in the correct manner and safety stored · This list is not exhaustive A Few Things About You · Adopts a positive 'can do' attitude to challenging situations · Is enthusiastic, passionate and energetic whilst consistently striving to exceed expectations · Demonstrates good time management · Be able to follow instructions as well as act on own initiative · Meets deadlines whilst uncompromising quality · Be able to work within a team environment · Be able to learn on the job as no formal training will be given Why Choose James Hall Group of Companies?
