Job Function: Regional Technical Consultant Location: London & South-East Package: DOE - up to £50k The Opportunity Our client has been leading the way in the design and manufacture of low energy, low carbon, and sustainable solutions for over 40 years. Job Description The role will be primarily field based, covering the entirety of London. The main aim of the role is to promote our range of Natural and Low Energy Product Solutions by visiting existing and potential customers and specifiers. This will involve arranging customer visits, product presentations, discussing potential projects and liaising with clients throughout the design and specification process. Product training will be provided, but the ideal candidate will already have experience in the building services sector and be familiar with the construction design and specification process. Person Specification Ideally 3 years’ experience in a field sales role, with a proven track record of generating enquiries and successful conversion rates of quotations to orders. Demonstrable experience of promoting Technical Product Solutions into the M&E Consultant Sector Experience of the construction tendering processes Express technical concepts clearly and concisely Sound commercial acumen, including strong negotiating Ability to interpret architectural drawings and visualise in 3-dimensions Excellent verbal & written communication skills This is an outstanding opportunity to join a genuine market leader in their field, who have worked tirelessly to create a fantastic reputation in the market.
