Overview

Fire Safety Surveyor Location: Camden, London Salary: £40-50,000 Hours: 35 hours per week Are you a Surveyor with fire systems experience? This could be the role for you This could be the ideal opportunity for you to join this exciting and growing team and make a real difference. The role will be biased within our brand new offices in the heart of Camden and only 5 mins walk from the nearest tube station and the areas famous eateries and social venues. A high percentage of the Housing stock managed by One Housing is medium-high rise, requiring a high degree of property management to meet exacting targets. The Compliance Contracts team has the responsibility of ensuring we meet statutory compliance requirements, involving driving the business toward total compliance with full budgetary control. We are seeking a candidate with a suitable and relevant surveying qualification, ideally from within a fire inspection/surveying or system installation based environment. The candidate should have extensive experience of contract management skills and experience, and be performance driven. Budget management experience is also vital, and evidence of suck will need to be provided. Duties Delivering compliance management in a resident focused environment and meeting You will be ensuring the supply chain delivers to meet or surpass performance expectation You will be tasked with reporting and completing analytical work on data and spend amongst others Assist with the supervision and management of maintenance contracts, including monitoring of OPIs and KPIs Assist on provision of fire safety system advice, including inputting into the formal Complaints Procedures Benefits Annual leave – 28 days plus bank holidays Buying and selling annual leave - We know that getting the balance right between work and home life is a big part of supporting our colleagues’ wellbeing.
