Overview
Credit Controller - Lowestoft, Suffolk - Excellent package. Our client is Altade Ltd based in Oulton Broad. They have asked Badger Associates to identify an outstanding and experienced Credit Controller to manage the credit control function in their head office. It is a fast paced organisation ideally suited to someone who is target driven and wanting to take responsibility and progress. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all credit control for the company which spans both B2B and B2C divisions. This includes controlling the debtor ledger by recording and monitoring the 300 customers on the monthly payment scheme. You will be contacting customers by phone, mail and visits to chase for late/ missing payments, tracking them down where necessary and bringing them to a successful resolution including any repossessions. You will be posting payments onto Sage from the bank account and reporting to management with key financial information on a weekly basis. It is essential that you have previous credit control experience, that you are a good negotiator, and that you can be firm whilst maintaining a positive and happy personality. Hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although there can be flexibility on this for the right candidate. There is an attractive package available to the right candidate with opportunity to develop within the business and take further responsibility. Additional to the basic is an attractive KPI and company bonus.
