Restaurant & Bar Operations manager Clitheroe £28-£32k DOE Restaurant & Bar Operations manager wanted for this incredibly busy bar with large restaurant. Located close to Clitheroe, this destination retreat offers contemporary British menu and a solid pub full of locals. Duties as expected will be managing the day to day operations, staff training and development, working with the kitchen to ensure the absolute best in service is delivered front of house. With facilities to host multiple functions and events you must have a good understanding of this market as well. Independently owned and consistently achieving accolades, you will be experienced in achieving results.
