A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Team Leader to work as part of a caring Management Team, ensuring the promotion of needs led outcomes. Team Leader Key Responsibilities: Ensuring that the establishments Policies and Procedures are met at all times Assisting with the recruitment and selection process of Support Workers Maintaining records to include assessment and support plans, case notes and communication logs Ensuring CQC compliance Monitoring and promoting service users’ health and wellbeing Team Leader Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Great communication skills both written and verbal NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care is essential as is proven experience of working in a social care environment Willing to work towards NVQ3 in Health & Social Care and a Credit Framework Diploma (QCF) would be highly desirable Driving license and use of a car This post would ideally suit a highly organised and pro-active candidate, one who has compassion and understanding of the needs of the individuals you would be supporting.
