Independent Financial Advisor (Employed or elf-Employed) - Stokenchurch, Bucks Salary: Competitive dependent upon experience The company Our clients currently require an IFA to join their team following continued growth within the business. They are a progressive firm of Independent Financial Advisers which has established successful business relationships with firms of Accountants and Solicitors, the source of the majority of the business introduced to the company. Offering clients strategic financial planning on Investment, Pension, Protection, Insurance and IHT, you will be located within a modern office in a great location conveniently close to J5 of the M40 in Stokenchurch, Bucks. The newly refurbished office has a managed in-house support infrastructure including a Paraplanning team, Compliance and Administration team and Investment Committee .It has fully air-conditioned client meeting rooms with large screen display capabilities for presentations, and visitor car parking as well as 365 days, 24/7 IT support for both internal and external communications for users with secure VPN and 2FA connections .There is CyberSmart certification and secure Cloud back up of data and the business has an excellent reputation for quality and is looking for a motivated individual living within a 25 mile radius of Head Office to join the team and assist with the further growth of the company. The Role Needing to be QCF Level 4, the successful candidate will provide bespoke independent financial planning and investment management advice to high net worth clients. You will be required to conduct comprehensive client meetings including a qualitative assessment of the clients attitude to risk with a view to providing tailored solutions on a truly independent basis. The role will suit professional and ambitious individuals who are looking to develop their career and you will receive encouragement and support to progress to Level 6 Advance Diploma. Ideally you will have 4 years experience in the market providing advice and will have your own client bank and FUM. In return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with an attractive package which will be reviewed annually in relation to performance. The role can be on a self-employed or employed basis. Depending on Employment status you will benefit from: 20 days holiday excluding Bank Holidays increasing to 25 days with completed service years.
