Overview

FinTech Startup - Cyber/Information Security Generalist CISSP A disruptive FinTech startup with hugely ambitious plans are looking to add a strong Information Security Generalist to their successful team based in London City. This role will be responsible for defining and managing their Cyber/Information Security, helping them to get the right policies and controls in place to ensure their customers and clients are protected. Key duties: Responsible for defining information security policies and procedures such as the Security Incident Response Plan, IAM/PAM, DLP etc Work with Technology and Operations to implement these policies and procedures and ensure all staff are adequately trained Establish sufficient tracking and monitoring KRI's to ensure compliance with Information Security policy and procedures Continual monitoring of security threats and community solutions helping to develop and evolve Information Security policy and procedures in line with changes across the threat landscape Work closely with other technology teams and internal end users to ensure all technology solutions we develop and sell to our clients are secure Assist/lead client requests for information about our InfoSec policy and procedures Person Profile: Commercial experience of Information Security Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, analytical, organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through Openness for acquiring new skills and learning new technologies in short time span Self-motivation to learn about new businesses and ownership of projects You will have a demonstrable track record working within Information/Cyber Security developing and writing policy with a clear passion for the sector. Ideally you will have a relevant degree in Computer Science, Cyber or Information Security and hold relevant industry certifications such as CISSP.
