Overview
Conrad Consulting is currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist sub-contractor for a number of new projects they have kicking off across Scotland and the UK. Our client is well renowned within their sector and have built up long lasting relationships with major tier 1 contractors to deliver some of the most eye catching and dynamic developments. Due to several recent project wins valuing £1.2m-£5m per job, our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager who has experience of working on large scale construction projects and can effectively manage the safe delivery and installation of all types of building envelopes including curtain walling, aluminium facades and glazing. About You We are looking for an experienced construction manager who has a history of delivering high value packages or projects working for a main contractor and who is fully competent with the creation and accurate completion of all necessary site statutory paperwork and keep things running to programme.
