Overview
The role will be working closely with the Site Accountant to provide key Financial Analysis and be the number 2 point of contact in Finance for the East Manchester site. Client Details My client is a large & growing firm who are part of a wider group but have that SME mentality within the office. They're a market leading firm who predict growth again for this year. Description Ensure accurate reporting & analysis of weekly & monthly financial results Support Site Accountant in budgeting & forecasting process Work with the Site Accountant on the development of new Operational Financial Performance reporting in order to challenge & drive performance of the site Champion at site for overhead reduction, reporting & control - challenge budget holders & hold regular meetings with stakeholders Provide financial support & tracking for all new site projects & initiatives Work with site on the transition to SOX Compliance Support the finance team on day to day activities in the role as number 2 to the site accountant Profile SAP desirable Strong knowledge & experience of Microsoft Excel Previous experience in the use of manufacturing systems Financial Reporting & Analysis Job Offer The successful candidate will receive a salary paying circa £30,000 with excellent benefits and great career progression routes including full study package.
