Technical Manager Cheltenham Up to £45,000 A superb opportunity to join a global insurance company and take the next step in your career. The client is seeking a Technical Manager to report directly to the Head of Operations. You will manage and review the activities of Team Leaders in order to ensure the successful completion of workflow. Candidates must have previous experience in North American Property or Financial Lines/MET across Premium and Claims processing. Key responsibilities: Managing the activities of the team by assessing workloads and setting team priorities Manage, motivate and develop the team, striving for excellence Ensuring all team functions are completed to the highest levels Aid with Premium and Claims processing if required Production of Management Information and reports Requirements: Advanced knowledge of North American Property or Financial Lines/MET across both functions of Premium and Claims processing Have the technical skills and knowledge of an Expert Technician Attainment of CII Diploma Previous experience of team management Key Skills: Strong focus on customer satisfaction Able to monitor and co-ordinate team and team leader workflow Able to coach and develop individuals in order to improve performance Exemplary communication skills Able to forge and build long lasting relationships Highly organised For immediate consideration, please send your CV to Steve at i2i recruitment today.
