Overview
Job Title: System Test Engineer Location: West Lothian Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 benefits About the System Test Engineer Role: An excellent opportunity to join a company on the up with investment across the company and ambitious plans to expand. This role will sit on software and hardware product testing and offer exciting exposure to so many different things and areas of a thriving business. We are looking for someone with a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or similar who has commercial experience of both manual and automation testing, creating and executing test scripts, an understanding of test frameworks and of tools such as Jira and/or Bugzilla. We are looking for a confident communicator who is happy and willing to work in and for a small team and is comfortable engaging with people across technology and the wider business. Experience of programming in C#, Python or equivalent would be an advantage but is not essential whilst experience of Web UI testing or API tools such as Rest or HTTP would be helpful.
