Your new role You will manage a range of Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts matters with the ability to multi-task as with the nature of the role, no two days will be the same. You will be able to manage and develop relationships with clients and their families and demonstrate expertise to a wide range of professionals. What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 2 years experience in Court of Protection and/or Personal Injury Trusts matters with the ability to manage your own files under supervision. You should also have the ability to mentor a junior member of the team as well as excellent client management skills.
