Your New Role As the successfully appointed Court of Protection Solicitor, your role will be highly varied, and no two days will be the same. Your role will involve: Handling a range of Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts matters Managing and developing relationships with clients and their families Demonstrating your expertise to a wide range of professionals Candidate Profile The firm is looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer who can demonstrate: At least 2 years’ experience in Court of Protection and/or Personal Injury Trusts matters your own files under supervision The ability to mentor a junior member of the team Excellent client management skills Rewards The Court of Protection Lawyer will receive an excellent joining package which includes a salary of £43,000 - £56,000 per annum, as well a host of benefits.
