Overview

The Customer Service Advisor (3-6 month FTC) will be responsible for making outbound calls, to current customers clarifying their previous orders and invoices- if there are any discrepencies it is your responsibility to escelate this to the properrty manager. You will become part of fast paced team, to manage the tasks set over the course of 3-6 months. Description The Customer Service Advisor (3-6 month FTC) will be responsible for making outbound call only, to customers. Within this you will have to marry up previous payments made with the services they have used. This may involve some difficult conversations and dealing with complaints- you will need to be empathetic and understanding. Profile The successful Customer Service Advisor (3-6 month FTC) will have/ be: - Previous customer service experience - Previous complaints handling experience - Can work well under pressure - friendly, calm and approachable personality - A Drive to go above and beyond for all customers Job Offer Great Location 3-6 month contract 20K
