Overview
A new position for a compliance engineer to work within the Electrical Design team to bring coin operated Electromechanical & Video amusement products to the marketplace. This role will require you To identify, implement and maintain Product & Trade compliance routes for national and international markets. In addition you will attain product and engineering compliance by preventing compliance issues; developing and executing compliance programs; completing documentation. Experience/Skills - 1 years experience in Product conformity for EMEA & USA markets - Working knowledge of design of wire harness assemblies and electrical products such as SMPSU, PLC, Audio systems. - Experience of 2D CAD - Detail-oriented and organised with ability to multitask and manage/prioritise through shifting schedules in work-flow. - Strong communication and organisational skills will enable the candidate to work closely with other team members to ensure that aggressive targets, both time and cost, are achieved. Although based in Cardiff this role will involve some UK and international travel and therefore a full driving licence is essential.
