Insight Manager Insight is at the heart of great creative communications. As our Insight Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our client solutions ranging from student and employee recruitment through to employee engagement. In particular, your insight will provide the recommendations and direction to the creative, media and digital teams to ensure campaigns are anchored in the truth of what people are seeking from their educators and employers. You will be responsible for managing mixed-method projects from initial design stage through to the dissemination of the findings. This could be delivering smaller projects in-house or commissioning and managing research suppliers for larger projects. Working independently at first, the aim is for you to ultimately build your own small team of researchers. You will need to have an innate curiosity and a willingness to develop in-depth knowledge about new sectors (e.g. education, banking, pharmaceutical, retail) and the distinct audiences within them. Equally, you will need to have a strong interest in learning to apply emerging AI-digital insight tools, beyond traditional market research. In return, you will have the freedom and autonomy to try new things and make your mark.
