Overview

SF Group are currently recruiting for a temporary Web Officer for a business based in Coventry. The role requires a highly organised, creative individual to deliver comprehensive and engaging web content and social media provision for the corporate pages, not excluding other areas of the website. To lead the development of existing and new digital content requiring production and scheduling for designated corporate pages. To lead and co-ordinate website projects as directed by the Web Content and Social Media Manager. To collect, edit, evaluate and refresh dynamic digital content on social media and websites and to influence and engage a range of stakeholders. To develop leading edge website and social media interaction requiring the assessment of updates to existing platforms and continual evaluation of emerging tools. Main Duties and Responsibilities Produce a digital content strategy for the corporate pages of the website, including the integration of all required digital content to the platforms. Use online content, mobile and social media tools to produce interactive, interesting and dynamic digital content. Monitor and access statistical data to produce analysis and reports on the effectiveness of digital content delivered as part of integrated activity to promote the corporate plan. Work with the design studio to develop consistent, lively and interesting visual objects for the website and other digital platforms. Work with the creative multimedia department to create content for key events, activities and initiatives to demonstrate the diverse nature of the corporate pages. Work with other members of the Marketing and External Affairs department in the production of creative integrated marketing campaigns to support and promote the corporate plan. Work with other members of the Marketing and External Affairs department to monitor and identify opportunities and issues on online, social media and traditional media channels to promote and market the corporate plan both internally and externally. Respond to enquiries from staff, and members of the public by telephone, email and in person. Given the nature of social media and online engagement, it may be necessary to work outside core hours. Work with internal and external website developers (agency) in conjunction with website projects. Provide social media and digital content support for events as required.
