Full Stack Developer £40,000-£45,000 per year Full time- Flexi Hours Coventry We have an exciting opportunity to join a company that offers a portfolio of learning technologies and development services including eLearning, Mobile learning and blended solutions. They work with several organisations from the public and private sector delivering bespoke and off the shelve solutions to their training problems. The right candidate for this role's main focus will be on continued development and maintenance of highly innovative web platforms used for learning. These programmes are developed in PostgreSQL, Phython/Djangi and Javascript/AngularJS. You must be comfortable in all aspects of the web implementation cycle. This will include gathering requirements, designing, implementing, testing, deploying and maintaining web applications, working in an Agile manner. As the primary web application developer, you will also be involved in the maintenance of servers and the development of some smaller web development projects, including our own website. Duties Working closely with app developers in VR, AR, XR and web and device-based apps Integrating third party technologies from partner companies Developing AI capabilities Building new features for the main web platform. This includes all steps of the implementation cycle from requirements gathering to deploying on production. Maintaining the main web platform, by fixing bugs, developing optimizations where needed and monitoring potential issues before they are picked up by end-users. Skills Required Extensive experience of development using PostgresSQL, Python (Django), JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML & CSS. Proven track record as a software developer with at least 5 years’ experience in web application development Ability to produce documentation both for specification and for user benefit.
