Overview
Senior Software Engineer / Architect, highly renowned Cambridge based company. This is a challenging and complex role which will require you to work closely with both software and hardware developers as you work to architect and develop software for a Linux based network management system which is critical to a range of the companies core products. Key skills for the successful Senior Software Engineer: Excellent C/C++ experience Strong Linux experience Experience with HTML, Javascript and Rest API Strong knowledge of Networking and IP networks Ability to lead a small team and manage junior staff This role will also require a good understanding of the relationships between network devices, users, groups, connection types, access rights and system status. It would be very beneficial to have had prior experience with optimised database driven management systems.
