Infrastructure and IT Security Manager Salary: £50,000 circa per annum, depending on experience Permanent Position- 35 hours per week Location – Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP279LE The award-winning Association for Project Management (APM) is the Chartered body for the project profession. Following a period of growth, the APM Technology team are looking for an experienced Infrastructure and IT Security Manager to lead on infrastructure services and information security for the organisation. The successful candidate will define the strategy and plans for continuous improvement in both of these areas and be accountable for successful delivery. They will need to have strong experience in modernising infrastructure whilst minimising business disruption, designing disaster recovery solutions and public cloud, with a preference for Azure. They will also need a sound background in information security risk management and controls – having previously led information security compliance programmes. Qualifications Member of BCS ITIL qualified to Foundation level MCSE Experience 5 years in an equivalent role, managing a team of infrastructure professionals Strong information security background, with experience of implementing ISO 27001 or equivalent Proven experience with Infrastructure strategy, design and decision making Ability to manage transition and deliver technology solutions Experience with designing and managing virtual infrastructure on public cloud Minimum 5 years’ experience managing workloads in Azure or AWS Minimum 5 years’ experience in Office 365 including Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Skype and Email Skills Excellent management and team skills Able to multi-task and manage different streams of work Strong troubleshooting and administration skills Flexible approach to work and problem solving The Association for Project Management (APM) is a membership association, professional body and charity.
