This Data Consultancy is looking for a Data Engineer to help them build large scale, cutting edge, data solution for some impressive clients. Over the last 20 years, this consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions to solve complex business problems. They have recently been recognised and awarded for their excellent customer service and consistently score above 9/10 in their customer satisfaction survey. This Data Consultancy is based in stunning, contemporary Central London offices. They offer a collaborative environment, where hard work is rewarded and innovation is nurtured. They are looking for a Data Engineer to implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines for large organisations. About The Data Engineer role The successful Data Engineer will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their technical engineering skills as well as their soft skills. Key Responsibilities for the Data Engineer: • Implement advanced, real-time data pipelines • Play an important role in developing and delivering early proofs of concepts and production implementations • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements • Deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines About The Successful Data Engineer If you're currently in working in a Data Engineering role, this could be the right next step for you Desired Skills and Competencies of the Data Engineer: • At least 5 years experience in a Data Engineering role • Knowledge of big data platforms (eg Spark, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, etc) • Knowledge of Open Source non-relational / NoSQL data repositories (incl. MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, etc) • Experience developing solutions for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment The Data Engineer will be offered a highly competitive salary paying from £60,000 - £90,000 depending on experience, excellent company benefits and excellent career progression.
