Overview
In this role you will work with a variety of children and young people with behavioural and complex needs. Your new company Your new company is a growing Children's residential organisation who have a number of Children's residential homes in Birmingham. They are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join their ever growing team Your new role In your new role you will be working on a full-time basis as a Support Worker covering waking nights and days working with children who have learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour on a 1 on 2 off basis. As a waking night Support Worker you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with the service users on a day to day basis to promote their independence. You will need to be confident in working with children and have a genuine desire to support the work of the team. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a Level 3 Health and Social Care - Children and Young People and have at least 2 years experience in a children's residential setting.
